📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using our POS system.
• Assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Maintain inventory levels and update stock information in our inventory management software.
• Process customer payments and provide change accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist with operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
