🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the field of energy-efficient telecommunication solutions.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems, energy harvesting technologies, and renewable energy sources.
• Experience with energy performance monitoring and analysis tools, such as Green Button, OpenADR, and Energy Star.
• Familiarity with telecommunication network design and deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
