📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with front desk staff, housekeeping, and other departments to create a memorable stay for every guest.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort policies.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff to uphold high service standards.
- Manage inventory and budget for assigned departments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System) or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and resort policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
