As a Junior Financial Accountant at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You'll work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while also gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the audit process by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial disclosures.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all company transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a travel or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
