📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities with overall supply chain processes.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP and JDA to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with industry best practices.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., APICS CWMS) is a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing WMS such as SAP and JDA.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
