📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety patrols to monitor mining activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and report potential hazards and safety violations to the management team.
• Perform daily inspections of mining equipment and facilities to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety improvement plans.
• Provide immediate response to any safety incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Train and educate mining personnel on safety procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and compliant mining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety patrol or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
