📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in coordinating training activities.,Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials and resources.,Conduct follow-up sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Assist in the organization of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Support the Learning and Development team in managing training budgets and resources.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about continuous learning and development.
