PT Ratu Anggrek is seeking a dedicated Assistant Sous Chef to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about culinary arts and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.,Support the Sous Chef in managing the kitchen schedule and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking dishes with high-quality standards.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.Experience with local and international dishes.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good problem-solving skills.Fluent in Indonesian and English.Experience with kitchen software and inventory systems.Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
