As an Assistant Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and procedures.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals.,Collaborate with the Training Manager to create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions and on-the-job learning.,Monitor and track the progress of training initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.,Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve training programs and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
