📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve store targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
