📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensuring accurate and timely financial records and compliance with financial regulations.,Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Managing the company's cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity.,Overseeing the payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and payment processing.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
