Den Pro Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR programs to improve employee engagement and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Collaborate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
