📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and presentations, both internally and externally.,Identify and address any operational or staffing issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
