📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on our social media platforms.,Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve our strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in creating and managing social media calendars and content libraries.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
