📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.,Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the same industry.,Strong understanding of the company's products and services.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
