City Local Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance and support.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
