📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges proactively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and methodologies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
