📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement rates.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
