📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts using traditional and modern techniques.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu exciting and fresh.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for baking.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
