In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to payment, ensuring timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports and forecasts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Handle vendor communications and resolve any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and industry trends.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
