📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival and departure.,Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes efficiently.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Schedule appointments and meetings as required.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle general administrative tasks and assist with data entry.,Ensure the safety and security of the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
