This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our women's wellness brand. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial advice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing and innovative company in the beautiful location of Canggu, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage and mentor junior accountants.,Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
