📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform accurate and detailed quantity surveying for construction and partition systems projects.,Develop and maintain cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for projects.,Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost comparisons and variance analyses.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction and partition systems.,Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costing methodologies.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
