📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the talent acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry networks.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to accurately reflect the needs of the organization.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Organize and coordinate interviews, including scheduling and follow-up.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
