📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Write user manuals, guides, and tutorials,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness,Review and edit technical content for clarity and correctness,Create and update technical diagrams, charts, and graphs,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools🛠️ Keahlian
