📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents including manuals, guides, and user documentation.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
