📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects across various locations in Bali.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and quality control measures for all electrical work.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing electrical projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
