📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Identify and negotiate with potential tenants to secure long-term leases.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail sector.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to promote mall spaces and attract high-quality tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their needs and concerns.
• Monitor lease performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Participate in mall events and promotions to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, retail management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with leasing software and tools such as Yardi or CoStar.
