As an Account Executive / Junior Account Executive, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Track and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and sales activities.
• Maintain and update client files and databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the property management industry.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and sales.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
