📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Jenkins.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and validation deliverables.
• Monitor and optimize automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of automation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in automation and validation processes.
• Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and TestRail.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
