📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance in public sector organizations.
• Lead the development and execution of performance improvement plans for government agencies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with governance standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of government agencies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks and policies to ensure transparency and accountability in government operations.
• Provide training and capacity building to government staff on governance best practices and compliance requirements.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Governance Excellence at national and international forums to promote best practices in public sector governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Governance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, or compliance in the public sector.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing governance initiatives in government organizations.
• Strong understanding of government regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and governance software such as SAP GRC or Oracle Governance.
• Certification in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISA, CISM, or CGEIT) is a plus.
