📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages, including our signature drinks like Thai Iced Tea and Milk Tea.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in food preparation and service.
• Assist customers with drink selections and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and quality control.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, milk frothers, and other barista equipment.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
