Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, managing employee development programs, and implementing HR technology solutions like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. You'll collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with local labor regulations, all while fostering a high-performance culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement scalable HR systems and processes to support Kit Properties' growth trajectory
• Lead the deployment and optimization of HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors and Workday)
• Develop and execute organizational development initiatives to enhance team performance
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution across all group entities
• Implement performance management systems and talent development programs
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR systems implementation and organizational development
• Proven track record in designing and managing HR technology solutions
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Certification in HR systems (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
• Experience working in a multinational or fast-growing organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive change in a matrixed organizational structure
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
