🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or educational consulting.
• Certification in character building or leadership development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
